Job Description
We are looking to for an awesome dedicated and talented individual who is excited about selling and marketing web design and internet marketing services. This is a new role for the company allowing you to take an entrepreneurial initiative to develop new programs and propel the company from a regional to national level. The position will manage and execute all marketing and sales activities including building / developing the team and managing sales through to close.
Location: Yaletown, Vancouver, Canada
Reports To: President
Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver results through strong sales and marketing leadership.
• Mentor and coach a growing marketing and sales team.
• Create and execute on a yearly marketing and sales plan and 90 day tactical plans to continual increase the number of leads and conversion of these leads into closed deals.
• Work closely with suspects and the fulfillment team to move prospects through the sales funnel from needs assessment through to close.
• Submit accurate sales forecasts based on standard sales management reporting tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related fields from an accredited university.
• Previous experience in professional business services sales or internet software sales.
• 3+ years experience in developing and managing sales and marketing teams in web design and marketing programs.
• 2+ years experience in search engine optimization and pay-per-click strategy development.
• Internet/interactive experience with knowledge of web technologies, search engines, online marketing trends and tools, and online consumer behavior.
• Must be results driven, detail oriented, consistently meet deadlines and produce high quality work.
