As an Inside Sales Rep you will be responsible for aggressive prospecting, cold calling, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and collaborating with the rest of the team to close new business. This is a high-energy position, and you must be extremely organized and be able to manage a pipeline. You will be educating prospects about a B2B cloud product and adapting the pitch to suit each case. There are no scripts here.
You should be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls per day. You should be proficient at using every available channel (email, Linked-In, Twitter, etc.) to make the most effective initial contact with prospects. You should enjoy managing and tracking all lead activities meticulously through SalesForce.
• Responding to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
• Cold calling, qualifying, passing gatekeepers, getting meetings, handling objections, closing deals.
• Creating your own leads through prospecting
• Forecasting and achieving quotas for new meetings and new deals.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 2 years sales experience
• Experience in a lead generation and online prospecting would be asset
• Highly productive communication skills, with ability to manage multiple emails, phone calls, social media, etc. each day
• Entrepreneurial drive, sales skills and a hunter mentality will also be considered.
