MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Extensive experience as a BA in a lead role including 10 years with Business and Process Analysis
• Strong understanding and experience with business process modeling and design techniques / tools
• Possesses solid working knowledge of Finance and the Retail industry/sector.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with ERP (knowledge of Oracle eBiz preferred).
• Knowledge of retail and wholesale environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present Business Case
• Ability to advance Business Case to project plan and completed deliverables, working with project team.
• Strong knowledge of testing process
• Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and knowledge transfer of business analysis best practices to in-house staff
• Demonstrated ability to work within tight project deadlines
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and resolve problems through negotiations
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• JDA - POS
• JDA – PMM (Inventory, Retail Stock Ledger)
• Knowledge of Front-end Audit and ETL tools
• DataVantage sales audit tool
• Working knowledge of BPEL (oracle)
• Experience with large scale data warehouse
• Knowledge / experience with testing tools (e.g., Mercury)
This is a 6 month (with 3 month possible extension) contract.
