Beyond the black and white of legalese, you’re perfectly at home negotiating contracts and reviewing software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements with some of the world’s hottest brands, and can easily keep pace with our stellar group of international sales folks. You crave processes to manage vendor contracts, and you salivate at the idea of implementing a company-wide contract management system.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to the international sales team, including drafting contracts based on templates and negotiating sales agreements with large enterprise customers
  • Review contract change proposals and amendments and assists in negotiating contract terms with the customers in consultation with the legal department
  • Provide thorough and timely review of agreements drafted by customers identifying, evaluating and mitigating commercial and contractual risk to the company
  • Create and manage a contract database and implement standard processes for company-wide vendor contracts
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to the management of legal department workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 to 7 years contract/legal experience with preference for software experience
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Superior contract drafting skills, and ability to handle detailed work under pressure
  • Contract Management experience as both vendor and client
  • Ability to draft, interpret and negotiate contracts with little supervision
  • High productivity with attention to detail
  • Superior knowledge of contracts, and contract law
