On behalf of our client, a leading supplier of broadband solutions throughout North America, TRS Contract Consulting Group is currently searching for a Senior Exchange Administrator for a permanent full-time position in Vancouver . This is a unique postion that offers the right candidate a high profile position helping lead our clients new Corporate Messaging and Collaboration service. This service will be a focal point both internally and externally in 2009 and beyond and offers an excellent opoprtunity for advancement.
Key Roles:
Consulting with prospects on corporate messaging
Building and administrating Exchange, SharePoint, and NearPoint Servers
Customer facing professional services
Being an in house expert on coporate messaging services, establishing best practices, training internal support and external consultants
Responsibilities:
• Systems administration and provisioning of Exchange, SharePoint and NearPoint Servers, including data backup and restoration
• Pre- and post-sale consulting with customers on proper setup and administration of their services
• Migration of customer data from PST files and Exchange 5.5-2003
• Problem resolution involving both customers and internal support groups
• Pager duty required for 7X24 operational support – 1 week in 4
