Our client is a well-established, successful company with offices spread across three continents. They appreciate their employees and understand the value of positive work/life balance. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to add to their Technical Support team.
The Senior Technical Support Specialist will liaise between the Senior Network Administrator and an experienced and knowledgeable Helpdesk team. To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team environment. Ideally you will have spent the bulk of your career in an IT support role in a corporate environment.
Your experience will include not only a mastery of Technical Support, but also a solid knowledge of basic network administration and simple script programming. You will be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and an appreciation for being flexible when a job needs to be completed. Taking ownership comes naturally to you and you have a natural inclination for being customer focused. Strong English skills a must (written and oral).
