Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, manage application development, testing and release
• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations of technical strategies and designs to senior management
• Develop process and procedures for applications development, testing and release
• Manage and motivate software development team
Requirements:
• 3+ years of management experience
• 8+ years of development experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Expert understanding of software development life cycle
• Wide knowledge of technologies
• Experience developing with Microsoft technlogies
• Excellent written and communication skills are imperative to the successful candidacy of this position
