Who You Are...


You will join us as a Solutions Consultant on our Enterprise team and work with regional Account Executives to provide technical and subject matter expertise to some of the world's largest organizations, focusing on the Hootsuite platform, Social Media Management and Online Marketing Communications.


You are a master of online communications and understand the business applications for large organizations. You have outstanding presentation skills and fast-paced, evolving environments are your comfort zone. You understand the needs of businesses in varied political environments and you are able to help organizations understand how Social Media can drive key business results. You will also educate clients on the benefits of the Hootsuite platform, as well as demonstrate the product as it relates to their goals. Helping define and drive our technical and business vision in a rapidly growing marketplace will also be key. This is an opportunity to be part of an elite internal group whose passion for sales and social media is unparalleled.


You will have working knowledge of the Hootsuite application and professional experience with enterprise software and/or social media. You have minimum two years of pre-sales (or similar) experience, and a BA/BS degree or relevant experience.

You’re Great at..

  • Articulating how Hootsuite can address a customer's core social media challenges and vision and also building/presenting customized demonstrations
  • Participating in the development and delivery of custom solutions and presentations to key business decision makers
  • Presenting the Hootsuite technology infrastructure, including demonstrating a deep familiarity with hardware, software, networking and security
  • Participating in all product, sales, and process training and certifications
  • Attaining your quarterly and annual objectives
  • Responding effectively to RFPs
  • Working as part of an extended team on larger sales opportunities with multiple resources
