Project duration: Approx 6 months
The Senior Designer/Developer will be responsible for the design, implementation and/or low-level performance and stress testing of distributed software systems and COT packages. The individual will be responsible for contributing to all phases of a medium to large software development lice-cycle.
Qualifications required :
At least 7 years of full life cycle applications development experience.
Current or recent consulting experience (prefer Big 3 experience).
Solid background in J2EE application development.
Expert nowledge in object oriented, design patterns and experience in practical application.
Design and implementation of SOA solutions.
Strong Web development, Web Services, XML, HTML, and DHTML skills.
EJB 3.0 (3+ years)
Hibernate 3.0 (3 years)
Solid JSP, Servlet, and JavaScript skills.
J2EE, Application Server (JBOSS, BEA, Websphere)experience.
Experienced in Eclipse, Java, and JUnit.
Continuous Integration Framework and Test Automation (4+)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Solid customer facing and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 25%.
