At least 10 years of experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems (OO and distributed component based)
Real delivery experience with the .NET framework including C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET
5+ years of development experience with OO languages such as C#, Java (J2EE), Smalltalk, C++
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, Event Driven Architecture and Enterprise Service Bus models
Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, Tibco, Vitria, SeeBeyond, MQ Series) is very helpful
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) & Scrum
Leadership experience in assessing staff skill levels to optimize team work assignments
Experience with relational databases is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ideally with an academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
