We are currently searching for a Technical Business Analyst who is ready for a challenging and financially rewarding career move. The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of Business Analyst experience in a software company to help us increase the quality and of our software systems.
Candidate Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the business and development teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and ensure solutions meet these requirements
• Analyze and document enhancement requests from internal clients and Partners
• Develop and maintain systems documentation
• Identify technology implications for business needs
Candidate Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent certification, plus 4 years experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in a software company
• Experience utilizing various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles.
• Experience in development of web-based or client-server applications. Has a working knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in carrying out tasks necessary to prepare required deliverables.
• Knowledge of Internet technologies and Microsoft Windows platforms
• Good understanding of relational databases (MS SQL Server)
• Experience in data mapping and requirements documentation in use case formats preferred. Good understanding of object-oriented methodologies and tools for design and development
• Knowledge and experience in UML process and other requirements modelling methodologies.

• Self-starter who takes initiative, requires minimal supervision, can handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and complete deliverables within specified time frames
• Effective team player with the ability to work independently
• An appreciation of end-user needs and requirements with ability to see the big picture
• Proven diagnostic, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Familiar with video and online multi-player games
