My client is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join its team in providing offshore contact center and BPO solutions.
The Technical Solutions Consultant is responsible for the development of Contact Center and BPO solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. The prime role is translating customer requirements into sustainable solutions that leverage products and customized solutions when required.
The Technical Solutions Consultant will ensure the integrity of all potential customer solutions and work closely with all levels of Network Solutioning, Product Marketing, Sales and Project Management to ensure that any proposed solutions can be implemented and supported, and with Project Finance to ensure all appropriate costs are identified and included in the related cost models.
The Technical Solutions Consultant will retain responsibility for the solution until the solution has been transferred to operational status as part of the implementation project, and ensure an effective transfer of solution responsibility to the IT service delivery and operations teams as part of that transition project.
Requirements:
This is a client relationship role, requiring someone with a strong business acumen, and communication skills. Travel is a component of this exciting role.
