You will be a key member of the Usability team, contributing to the overall strategy and to develop user-centered design processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Usability testing
  • Use case development
  • Concept generation and modeling
  • Process simulations
  • Solution prototyping
  • User research
  • Development for guidelines for production teams
  • UI documentation and distribution
  • Implementing opportunities to refine UI process
  • Estimations for proposal and project execution purposes

We need you to have:

  • 3+ years of industry related experience
  • Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques
  • Proficient to expert in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio and Microsoft Office
  • Proven Information Architecture experience
  • Superior analytical and process-oriented skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Bonus:

  • Experience in developing solutions leveraging Flash technology
  • Understanding of database design and the software engineering process
